The base material for the AV 6000 is an MDF board coated with a lacquerable primer paper. The edges are smoothed, sealed and filled in a special process. The fronts are lacquered on all sides with matt lacquer. The base material for the AV 5007 is an MDF board covered with a lacquerable thermoplastic film. The back side is coated with a priming paper. The fronts are lacquered on all sides with matt lacquer. In the AV 5035, 5055 and 5045, the baseboard is a filled MDF board. Otherwise identical to AV 5007.
