An MDF base material which is lacquered on 5 sides with a high-gloss finish. For the AV4030 and 5045, a melamine resin-coated base paper is used as lacquer preparation, for the AV 5030 an acrylic primer is used, followed by several layers of polyester lacquer, and as a finish a final coat of PUR lacquer.
The color of the back side is matched to the front side.
